Everything we build is decision support. It shows the traffic, computes the metric and cites the data it came from — and then it stops. The operational judgement stays with the licensed people whose job it is, and the audit trail shows exactly what they were looking at.
That is also why replay matters as much as real time: if you cannot reconstruct what was on the screen, you cannot review the decision.
